33 Park Drive, London
Park Drive is the name of several residential streets and developments across London, with some of the best-known examples located in areas such as Golders Green, Acton, and Canary Wharf. In Golders Green, Park Drive is a quiet residential road known for its period houses and close proximity to green spaces like Golders Hill Park. The street is largely made up of early twentieth-century homes and apartments, giving it a traditional suburban character while still being well connected to central London through the Northern Line.
One of the most famous modern landmarks associated with the name is One Park Drive in Canary Wharf. Designed by the renowned Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron, the cylindrical skyscraper stands over 200 metres tall and contains hundreds of luxury apartments with panoramic views across London. The building has become a distinctive feature of the city skyline because of its spiral design and curved glass exterior. Since its completion, it has attracted attention for combining modern residential living with innovative architecture in the rapidly developing Wood Wharf district.
