Nick quickly figured out what was wrong with my layouts and how to add the users data I wanted to show. I had fields showing up on some post types but missing on others, and I couldn’t work out what they were different.

He cleaned up the templates and explained the step for me. he actually sorted the structure properly.

Nick has a deep understanding of the Voxel theme and managed to exceed my expectations. In just a few hours, he build a feature in Voxel that other developers could not work out. Also, he spotted some mistakes that were made by the previous developer and fixed those as well.

All in all, I’m very happy with the work, and I’ll definitely come back to Nick in the future.

Nick stepped in and sorted out the automattic post relationships between events and business users and now everything connects properly behind the scenes. Plus the user dashboards were completely overhauled and offer a much better user experience for event management. And Nick fixed a bunch of issues with the search page filters and display issues. Now search works the way it should, filters return the right results, it just works.

Nick was able to work with Voxel native features for a lot of the work, or was clear about custom code if it needed to be added, and explained why.

I’m really happy with how it all turned out. The site is easier to use, everything is more organised, and it finally feels like it’s working properly.

Even though we’re in completely different time zones (US and Australia), the workflow actually worked in our favor. Nick would complete changes based on task cards during his day, and by the time I woke up everything was ready for review. I’d make any minor tweaks or add new notes, and the cycle just kept moving forward smoothly.

At $45 an hour, his rate is incredibly reasonable for the level of expertise and professionalism he brings. I couldn’t be happier with the work and will absolutely continue working with him on my current project as well as future ones.

My only regret in writing this review is that he might get too popular and I’ll have to wait for availability. 😉
